We loved our charter cruise for 3. Jim was considerate and professional addressing some severe concerns about a small boat on big water. The cruise was what a sail should berelaxing and rejuvenating. He taught us some of the basics and we each got some experience at the tiller and adjusting the sails. We never met him before but Jim was like our old friend; all in our party really appreciated his coaching and stories. Even while scheduling he was flexible to help us get the best experience based on the weather and our travel plans. We highly recommend Patriot Sailing. Three thumbs up!

I had a great time and learned so much, all at a reasonable price. Jim is a teacher at heart and lets you learn by doing. Id highly recommend his classes if you think youre interested in sailing. Im hooked!

This sailing course is extremely well conceived and executed, and Jim is a phenomenal instructor! He definitely had to have patience with me, since it's not easy to "teach an old dog new tricks." I don't think you can find a more knowledgeable and capable instructor.

Jim was great, very professional and thorough in his teaching. His course delivers exactly what he promises and then some- at the end of the course, you will be more than comfortable sailing a keelboat, even if you are like me and have never set foot on a sailboat before taking the course. Jim is a phenomenal teacher who really makes sure his students understand the concepts he is teaching and the vocabulary used in sailing. I highly recommend Patriot Sailing

Our sunset sail was stunning. Jim, our captain was vey knowledgeable and was great to talk to throughout the duration of the sail. Such a great evening !
