If I could give this place 100 stars I would, dr Joseph is simply amazing, you can tell he absolutely cares about what he does and his patients. Also the optometric assistant who took care of me was also amazing, she had me laughing as if we were best of friends. Everyone from the receptionist to the woman showing me glasses was great! Will recommend this place to anyone!

We went there today 3/30/2023 with our 6 year old son to check his eyes and get him prescribed for glasses. We checked in and then went inside, and they were trying to get a measurement but were not patient. They started showing him the letters and stood right in front of him, expecting him to see them. she also kept rushing, yelling at the kid and did not get a good measurement and said they will give him glasses to help him not cross his eyes and just rubbed it off also saying, "we'll have to reschedule again." He also wanted to impress her by telling them that he knew all of the letters and while he started saying the letters to her she gave him her back and totally ignored him talking to her colleague, then we just told him good job. Then we went to the other side to help him pick out glasses for himself and the lady that was there was rude, we were talking to him to help him and he started talking and she kept shushing him the whole time, sometimes kids get loud especially 6 year olds and there was probably only 2 people waiting and people understand that kids are kids but no she just kept shushing him. In short, these people do not know how to deal with kids. After all that happened, we just told them to cancel everything, and we went to another place.
