The entire team at the Delaware location was super friendly. They are knowledgeable & help guide you into frames that look good. They treat you with respect. I enjoyed coming here. I will be back next year for my eye exam.

Got safety glasses from here through a program with my work. Honestly it was a comedy of errors which were a bit annoying but it happens. They didnt know how to use the voucher so even though I came in with everything including the glasses I wanted pre picked out it took a bit but again, it happens. Then my glasses got shipped to somewhere else in nys (river something) and had to be sent back to Buffalo (again annoying but things happen and the mistake was corrected) what was completely inexcusable to me was while I was there picking up my glasses the optometrist came out into the packed waiting room/retail space and started yelling at and berating the staff for overbooking him. Im sure it was extremely frustrating for him, however there is a time and place for that conversation and its not out on the floor where customers are waiting. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I mentioned it to the tech who was helping me she told me he was just hangry and the fact that no one in that office seemed surprised by his behavior was appalling. If youre hangry stuff a snickers in your mouth between appointments or excuse yourself to eat a cracker or something. Dont come out into a room full of patients and start berating the staff. Honestly I will never come back to this location even though I really liked the rest of the staff and suggested to my hr team we dont utilize that location anymore because what the doctor did to the staff was awful.

Service is terrible. I scheduled an appointment twice when I arrived they couldnt find my information in their system either times. Major inconvenience.Youre better off going to a different VisionWorks.This location is a hangout spot for their employees.

Great place to go for glasses, eye technician was very helpful in explaining all the exams we were going thru. Staff was helpful in choosing glasses. Eye doctor's were very friendly and nice and so understanding of my diabetes to check to make sure that it wasn't out of control.
