took suit with dog hair on it owner changed extra for dog hair in which I didn't mine but her customer service skills needs to be worked on 2nd time I visit with suit with stain on it in which they couldn't remove so I washed it with dish soap and stain was gone

There's been 3 occasions that I've taken my clothes for alterations and cleaning,and when I get there they weren't ready and the woman apologized and gave some excuse as to why they were not ready, she does good work but the continual inconvenience is unacceptable Service: Alterations
