        The employee there and another customer were cracking jokes cause my mom didnt understand English. So when I asked what the issue was, the customer made a big issue, being racist and just disgusting. Instead of controlling or de-escalating the situation; the employee just cracked jokes and watched it happen.

        We started using the wash and fold service after a string of bad luck with surgeries that left us physically unable to complete this task. Rosemary is the kindest most accommodating person who provides such a convenient, premium serviceincluding pick up and drop off, for a very reasonable price. I know my stuff is in good hands here! She really cares about her customers and you dont get that everywhere these days.
