Horrible experience!!! We went to buy sweaters. Me and my friend tried shirt in front of a mirror outside. Then the staff who was at cash was didnt like it. She closed up the trials rooms when we went to try dresses. When asked she told lock aint working. Then when we went to bill she called some security as to threaten us and told she wont bill stuff. If she was not planning to bill she should have let us know. Wasted our time . Please Ardene hire people who is professional and respectful. Not anyone from anywhere.

The staff here is the most rude staff Ive ever encountered. Myself along with another family were waiting for a dressing room. One of the male staff asked all of us rudly and in an annoyed tone if we needed a room, we all replied yes. He put the girl in front of us in a room and then it was my turn. I told him I needed a room large enough to fit a wheelchair. He huffed and said I couldnt use it because it was occupied. Okay no problem I told him she could wait in front of one of the rooms for me. Instead of waiting for my friend to move her wheelchair he cut her off and almost got run over in the process. Didnt say a word to her and then proceeded to open the door of the dressing room of the woman who was getting dressed. He didnt knock or anything. Completely invading her privacy as she was changing. He got a room open for me. I thanked him and that of course was not reciprocated with a your welcome just a huff and off he went. Myself and the family that was ahead of us in line could not believe his behavior. Also the way he cut off someone with developmental disabilities and acted rudely, speaks volumes on his character. I chose not to purchase anything in this store and just walked out. From reading the reviews it seems as though this is common in this store. There was also another cashier as we were all clearly waiting who didnt acknowledge any of us as we said wed like to use the dressing rooms. Poor employees with piss poor attitudes.

I bought a pair of shoes. I had a shoe cut after wearing that shoe. I tried to return and they refused. Not happy with their customer service.
