        Check in was rough with not being able to print documents due to a Priceline issue. Nick and Eric were amazing and got us out as quickly as possible with a car. The car was a great fit for our family but it definitely smelled like someone had smoked in it. The smell was quite unpleasant and I didnt like exposing my young daughter to it. Check out was a breeze.

        The best car rental company. At Buffalo International Airport they do have an agent at the booth before 5AM, even though it says it opens at 6am, which was awesome. The return location is conveniently located right across from the terminal. The agent was super nice and helpful even in the very early morning hours.

        I hate this location . This is one of the few Nationals that are bad when it comes to customer service . This is like an AVIS because they give you the car they feel like they dont honor or acknowledge your status as a national club member . As an executive elite and a business holder that has a contract with National this place is not what we look forward in the future . NATIONAL regional manager get your associates on point .
