Guy is nice there but Avis never have the vehicle's when I go there. Either take what I have or go call customer service which is a hustle!!

Ask for a deposit. After paying in full the. Do a credit check and deny most in the urban community. Dont waste your time Was renting not buying. Thanks enterprise save the day.

There is zero accountability when it comes to Avis customer service. Everyone tells you something different and its all conflicting. I had to exchange my vehicle 3 times and take the last car for an oil change myself . The first car kept getting a flat tire from a slow leak that shouldnt have been sent out to begin with, this car also needed to be serviced when they sent it out. The second vehicle had terrible tires and the transmission was about to blow, was not safe at all. Went to exchange that and they accidentally closed my contract and charged me to have to reopen contract from beginning and put another hold on the card. After completing out my rental, they charged my card for the rental and put another authorization hold for over 400 dollars they they wont release suddenly even tho I paid in full for my rental already and the contract is closed. You cant get a manager on Th e phone and there was only one person that was able to help through this whole process. Dont rent from Avis in Buffalo by, they dont know what the hell theyre doing
