      image Made a reservation one day in advance, arrived to Pearl St. location on Saturday only to be told that my license is on their black list and they cannot rent me a car. Called Hertz rental suspensions department next Monday (naturally, they are closed on weekends) and was told that my license is NOT on their suspensions list. Seriously? You made me change my plans because your employees cannot read numbers? Will never rent from Hertz again.
