I do all chapters of bankruptcy. Who is Carl Grossi?! This is fake stuff. Never met or spoke to a Carl Grossi. And even if I only did one chapter of bankruptcy, why would that only merit one star. How would a purported Carl Grossi know?! Hmmm, tis fake stuff. I do all Chapters very well, including chapter 7's. I notified Google of this fake review, but they never do anything about it. Let me say, respectfully, Mr. Klinko is incorrect and mis-states the facts. But please know, his house and car are safe; there was never an issue; I made sure of that. Let me set out the correct set of facts in his case. But first, I must ask: Where has Mr. Klinko been?! It has been over six years since I filed Mr. Klinko’s case and I never heard him voice any complaint. If Mr. Klinko felt there was a problem in his case, why didn’t he just call me. He has never called my office to express a problem. Why wait six years to now make a complaint? Therein, I believe, lies the real crux of this matter. Mr. Klinko states we did not do his Reaffirmation Agreements, which he says were a big concern of his. My office, as a matter of course in every case, would have sent to him his Reaffirmations for his signature. If he believed we did not do so, or he misplaced them and forgot about them, then all he had to do was just call my office and let us know about it. We would have sent him new ones. I suspect he didn’t call my office about them because we did send him his Reaffirmations and he may have simply forgot about them, and since he did receive them, he never felt the need to call my office. Again, neither I nor my office has heard one word of complaint from Mr. Klinko in the over six years since we filed his case. I think we did a great job in Mr. Klinko’s case. My office extinguished a wage garnishment served on him by the Sheriff’s office. We brought a separate proceeding and removed a very large judgment lien placed by a creditor on his home. We extinguished all credit card and personal loan debts he owed. We filed a Reaffirmation Statement with the Court stating to his mortgage and auto loan companies that he was keeping his home and auto. Through his case, his home and auto were protected, he promptly received a bankruptcy discharge of debt and his wage garnishment and judgment lien were eliminated. But now, more then six years later, comes his complaint out of the blue; and still he has never contacted my office directly to let us know his concerns. Very curious. Again, if he believed his Reaffirmation Agreements were not sent to him, or he misplaced or forgot about them, all he had to do was call my office. But be assured, Mr. Klinko’s home and auto are safe; and his other debts, garnishments and judgment liens are long gone. This is, I believe, the correct set of facts in Mr Klinko’s case.
