Just got off a consultation call for family court. There are so many red flags. He talks over you, screams on the phone, and then is laughing to himself like you are not even speaking with him. It was really bizarre. I barely even told him what was going on and he just spitting out numbers for his fees. My vibe was this "job" is all about the money and not about his clients. I did not book. Oh yea.. he said parents are a lost cause.. then laughs about it. Just sick when you are dealing with abuse.

My experience with Paul was full of red flags; terrible attitude, spoke over top of me and walked out of the room without excusing himself multiple times during my $500 consultation (NO; its not free). Paul ran my credit card before I even had the retainer agreement read or signed (he flipped over the page with his $350/hr rate very quickly) and left me to sign the agreement. He re-entered the room multiple times huffing and acting impatient that it wasnt signed immediately. I felt intimidated, frustrated, and completely taken advantage of. I shouldve trusted my gut and left instead of allowing him to take a full retainer. I fired Paul after 3 days, which he used $1,200 out of my $1,500 retainer to simply ADJOURN a court date for HIS OWN VACATION. I received a $310 refund for Paul to do absolutely nothing but disrespect and waste my time. He promised me that retainer would get me through at least 3 months. Im thankful didnt have him represent me in the courtroom. Ill also note that communication is a joke, his receptionist just screams your requests across the hall without putting herself on mute while you sit awkwardly listening to them shout at eachother.

It is my first experience with a divorce, I hope it will be the last. I thank the gentleman Paul Walier for his great help and divorce expert. God bless him always.
