This is indeed a parking lot. Usually packed during game day.

Good parking lot if you are going to see a show at the Rec Room. $5 overnight parking and its pay using an app on your phone. The App was easy to use too.

I parked my car here and it got stolen. It has zero security and no gates so ANYONE can come and go as they please at all hours of the night.
