        My family member is in severe pain, and we thought it will be faster if we go the emergency room directly than call 911. So we go there, in the emergency room only a few people actually do the work. A lot of doctors and nurses around but no one come and help. I ask about where are we on the line, the nurse said she don't know and tell me go ask the client rep. But no one there. They work at a very slow pace. I wonder is this really a "EMERGENCY" ROOM? The front desk nurse is rude.

        The lady in the front desk was so rude!!! My 4 month baby had a fever, and someone else cut in line in front of us, and she didnt say nothing, and when my wife got up and asked here why are they taking long, (interrupting her while she was having a conversation with other 2 co workers) she answered with an attitude and told us to wait and that she is busy. She was busy chit chatting and my baby with high fever, so unprofessional!!!
