Swift Urgent Care

Staff is great But Doctor Shujun Cao is horrible. If you work for the city and need a sick notice showing/proving your visit to this urgent care for the day she will flat out refuse to sign any work forms especially for city employees, she makes excuses and statements like her concious bothers her signing any city employee paperwork because she backdated & was untruthful with a previous patient and paperwork. What does your lying concious with previous patients about backdated symptoms/sickness have to do with a current visit or note showing the date of the urgent care visit. If you are employed by the city and need paperwork showing you were treated here please avoid this place.

The doctors and staff here are always kind and work with sense of urgency. Theyre always so helpful and get me in and out of the door quickly. Im so blessed to have swiftcare located around the corner from me. If youre feeling ill definitely go to swiftcare!

I had severe cold/flu-like symptoms and my manager suggested testing. The SARS/RSV/flu test came back negative for everything and no one could explain it. I went for the follow-up two days later and was lucky to see Nurse Practitioner Erin Spahic who used her knowledge and experience to pinpoint the problem (possibly new virus strain currently raging in China and Europe) and advised few easy remedies as no official diagnostics or treatment are available yet. Also: Kudos to the clinic staff for welcoming attitude! p.s. We started underestimating hands-on family doctors and nurses. I am so happy there is a walk-in clinic within 5-minute walk for the quick visit and expert advise as an alternative of getting stuck for half a day in the hospital ER with the huge bill and (maybe) same outcome. Thank you!
