Couch Doctor NYC

I had the best experience with Daniel R. Thank you!! I recently moved into an older building and it never even occurred to me that there would be an issue getting my couch in. I had never had an issue before anywhere When the movers were unable to fit my couch neither through the elevator nor the stairs, my super recommended a couch doctor, a what?!, said I, a Couch Doctor. He even Google them for me. Daniel was the first person I contacted, and he told me he was booked until Thursday (I called on a Tues). I really couldnt wait because my building rules are pretty strict. I called 2 other places and their prices were outrageous, but they also wouldnt be available when I needed them. I called Daniel back and we went back and forth trying to arrange the appointment and dealing with the COI required by my building. He finally made it to my place and I was simply amazed. He worked quickly and efficiently. He literally took a sofa-bed apart piece by piece and then reconstructed it inside my apartment and it looks like it just came from Pottery Barn. I am simply in awe and so so grateful!

Never heard of Couch Doctor until I had my Restoration Hardware sofa delivered and it didnt fit my entree way. Super recommended them and said they work in my building all the time. Daniel was very responsive and accommodating, arrived quickly and handled it like piece of cake sofa looks exactly the same brand new

Hired couch doctor to reassemble my 10 foot couch and he was excellent! Super friendly and skillful, arrived on time, didnt require any upfront payment and provided free warranty.

Dmitry who refers to himself as Daniel is a scam artist all reviews are fake. He even reviews himself. He totally destroyed my 10,000 George Smith sofa. He will not answer any messages. Do not use.
