I have only purchased fabric, zippers, and thread from this store for items I sew (have not used the upholstery services). The quality is excellent, and there are many types of fabric, but the choices (colors/petterns) are limited. Go with an open mind and be prepared to hunt--because you'll be rewarded with excellent bargains. The owner is very nice. (Cash only!)

They have a nice variety of fabrics here, and friendly service. I got some fabric for a tote bag pattern and Im happy with the results.
