For more than six weeks and counting, Brooklyn Stone and Tile hasn't responded to regular phone and email inquiries from both me and the product supplier for a fabrication estimate. (We've kept trying because they are one of the few local fabricators of the product.) I've been told several times by the apologetic person who mans the phones that a representative would respond to me within 24 hours / that day; nobody ever does. It's one thing not to respond to a random customer (although that's pretty bad), it's crazy to me that they won't respond to their own supplier. Also, if they don't return phone calls / emails when I'm trying to give them money, I cannot imagine they would be at all responsive once they have money in hand...

We had an exceptional experience working with Brooklyn Stone & Tile during our renovation. They fabricated and installed our porcelain countertops and backsplashes in our bar and kitchen, including the several waterfall edges on our island (which looks like a sculpture), as well as the porcelain top for our sideboard and our quartz dining table. Not only is their product impeccable with a distinct attention to detail, but from start to finish, they were responsive and professional, eager to satisfy their clients/customers, go above and beyond anything you would expect and were just a joy to communicate and work with. Look no further for a stone fabricator.

I had to match tile in my bathroom and could not find the right size anywhere. I ended up buying larger tiles and getting them cut to size. After researching a lot of places, I went to Brooklyn Stone & Tile and had the best experience. It was a small job, but they were so nice and treated me so well. The tiles were done perfectly. Loved BS&T and would use them again in a heartbeat. When I found out they were a worker-owned business it made me even more excited to go back in the future.

So I had a funky wall where the dry wall was uneven and some other things...Karlin and his team caught that right away and did an amazing job with the install of our countertops. Im so happy and his pricing is very affordable. I would use and recommend his company again in a heartbeat!! They did a beautiful job!!
