Mr. Khan worked on fixing part of my front steps and did a really good job. He was professional and careful in his work. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He cares about doing good work and not just getting paid. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others who need similar work done.

Our condo used Khan to replace cement along the building. Mr. Khan was very professional and his price was fair. He was responsive and the work quality is great. We're all very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again if needed.

I needed a licensed contractor for basement repairs after Hurricane Ida for a FEMA appeal claim. I contacted Khan and he agreed to give me a written estimate to submit with my claim. After nearly 6 months of back and forth with FEMA I was finally given a small award that couldn't cover the cost of repairs. However, because of Khan's demeanor and kind disposition, I asked if he could complete a bigger job (backyard renovation and exterior restoration) as well which he did.
