FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

On 1/13 at 3:35pm I walked in said hello and the lady did not greet back. At the end she didnt even hand me the receipt I had to take it myself. Horrible customer service and sad thing is that in this day in age companies dont care and keep this type of energy in their business for us to have to deal with.

This place sucks. They dont shipping your package without a ID. I forget to bring a physical one but i have a digital one. I ask the store manager to give me a price estimated but the store manager Nicole literally refuse to help in anyway.

The manager Nicole was disgusting. That's the problem with managers that don't lead by example, they bring down the name of big franchises such as Fedex. She actually said "Im not doing that right now, because its 7p". She refused to provide me service, claiming they have to lock the store at a certain time or the alarm will go off. yet she helped a bunch of other people after me. Refusing to provide service when I made it to the store before closing. I would just appreciate getting the treated with respect like any other customer. Horrible service.

What a great experience... Thank you, kiari, the tall, slim young lady?, she offered endless, effortless help with hauling equipment, etc. I'm so thankful to her, and I'm terrible with names, so I hope I got it right!. I had to pick up 24 packages and luggage, and she helped me from beginning to end and with a smile . Now that's service!!. Thanks again, and I highly recommend this location! , Kenneth
