        The driver is not using the new bus NYC SCHOOL BUS APP the driver never online. Gives me excuses that is the app but when I call the OPT they tell me the driver should turn ON the app as soon the route starts. I cant even track now the bus and the wait time to call the bus operator is very long.

        ATTENTION TO ALL PARENTS: BUS ROUTE:081, THE BUS DRIVER AND BUS ATTEDENT ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I HAD TO YELL AT THE BUS ATTEDENT FOR HOW SHE WAS TALKING RUDELY TO MY DAUGHTER. AND THE NEW BUS DRIVER A GUY GETS IN THE BUSINESS FOR NO REASON, WHEN ITS BETWEEN ME AND HER. After that he gets out the bus to get my kids when it's the bus attendant job to do that. His job as a bus driver is to be in your seat at all times. These 2 workers need to be fired. Boro transit is a horrible bus company.
