      kindly feel free to go on google maps and confirm what your stating is true. the sign reads no turning monday-friday 4PM-7PM. our business is closed during those hours. furthermore if the truck was in the middle of the intersection as shown on our dash cameras and had to wait for the oncoming traffic to pass he made the turn legally when the light was changing to yellow. the driver has a CLEAN CDL class A license for over 25+ years and would not jeopardize the way he provides for his family and risk points or losing his license. we have been a family owned and operated business for over 3 decades serving the local community and 5 boroughs and our name and reputation speaks for itself.
