Doesnt give prices over the phone? Thats extremely unproductive. The other masonry stores on the same block gave me prices over the phone without the need for a trip.

Just called this place and asked about product availability. Sales person was rude and totally distracted. Hung up my call before I had a chance to ask my questions. Obviously these people simply don't care that YOU are the one have to battle NYC traffic jams to get to their store. I don't know about their stock or prices, but if you want good service this is probably not the place to go.

doesnt give pricing over the phone for stone... makes no sense. How can i price a job in your area? I have to drive to your store to get pricing? talk about counter productive.
