Smith Hanten is a boutique real-estate agency in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Peter and James are an incredible source of information and local knowledge of what's happening in the Brooklyn real-estate market. I have rented 3 apartments through them and they did an amazing job, they were always there with advice and answers to any questions I posed. My partner and I recently worked with James to rent a beautiful apartment that we're super excited about. James was great throughout the whole process and helped us compile our documents properly to present to the landlords.
