Dr. Saad exhibited stultifying arrogance, incompetency and an overall lack of basic regard for her patients well being. In addition to questionable clinical acumen, she seems unable to render the most fundamental levels of empathy expected of a clinician. She should not be allowed to treat children or adolescents especially those in crisis because she equates her biases and assumptions with treatment.
