This is the most unprofessional clinic Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. They dont answer their phone, but they will text you right after asking if you called. How strange. In recent months, they have also nearly tripled their costs due to greed and lack of compassion for their patients. Please avoid this practice at all costs.

It only took two visits for me to realize this practice was wildly incapable of providing complete and adequate mental health services. The initial appointment went well enough, despite the provider being 6 minutes late (wild, given their very strict patient "5 minute policy"). The provider seemed knowledgable and listened to my concerns. We scheduled the next appointment to discuss medication management options. The next appointment was 20 minutes long and the provider completely failed to explain how I should appropriately ween off one medication and onto the next. I wasn't aware any process was needed until I started experiencing physical withdrawal symptoms. I had to GOOGLE what I should be doing. I tried to contact the office via text / application, and I could not / would not receive a response from my provider, as the office was "closed". (I had contacted the pharmacy as well and they had directed me back to the provider for instructions.) The "front desk" will not answer the phone, communication was only through text message. When I explained my dissatisfaction with the blatant negligence (via text message, since, again, they will not answer the phone) I received a "Thanks for letting us know". Look elsewhere.
