Workers are kind and professional but communication is EXTREMELY poor. This can be more indicative of upper/middle management than it does of the people I've been speaking with. Have been complaining about construction noise for the weeks on end and have been assured every time that it would end the following day. Obviously this wasn't the case as I wouldn't be writing this review. The people I've spoken to are great and I understand that the company is supposed to mediate communication between the landlord and tenant, but there's a clear breakdown in communication between the two, as I've been getting blatantly incorrect information for weeks. Be careful working with this company as a tenant.

Horrible. Worst experience with renting and I've been renting for 18 yrs. The positive reviews are yrs old so definitely recommend reading the newer reviews. The contact at Frontgate provides zero value, takes hours to days to respond to urgent requests, provides inaccurate information, can't answer basic questions, and then gaslights. Horrible stench from washer stinking up the entire unit, find out its a known issue in several units and Im treated like shes never heard of this. The WIFI wiring in the ENTIRE building has been wired incorrectly for 1 of the 2 companies its wired for. Frontgate didn't know the correct internet providers available and then I was told I was the only one having the issue. So literally if you go with Optimum the internet will not work, no matter which unit. Also, the management company doesnt know this or care but their luxury lounge with coworking space is wired by Optimum so the WiFi does not work up there either. The new unit has a broken ice machine, broken shelves, huge gashes and stains in the wood and marble countertops, messy paint, stains, and drywall issues, low water pressure, among several other problems. No move in procedure given and they would not reserve an elevator. The super is stretched across who knows how many buildings. My first package was stolen from the lobby. And then the Frontgate woman is wondering why Im so upset. If you want to pay an exorbitant amount of money to be gaslit and also have nothing fixed or addressed then move into one of their buildings.

Frontgate management are Frauds the building im staying at in the Bronx doesnt looks the same when I viewed it online. Online said 2 bedroom roof top Terrace Also out door candle light with chairs and tables in the thats a lie. They false advertise just to get people in the building. This building doesnt have a 2 bedroom. The apartment is small 6/8. Management are rude they speak to you with an attitude they are also racist.

Lived here for two years and never had any issues with management. Easy to work with and responsive. They'll help with everything they can.

Poor communication, gave a short initial lease of 9 months as the only option to only increase it by 2k a year. Hard to move on short notice so definitely will be moving elsewhere after the year. No help from frontage.
