I would rate this company 0 if I could. They're terrible! Their agent introduced an unauthorized sublet and listed my roommate's guarantor as a fourth tenant. Instead of addressing the agent's mistake, the realty is chasing us for money we don't owe. The unauthorized tenant hasn't paid rent after 2nd month, and they're withholding our security deposits.

This is one of the offices of this landlord who owns CW Realty. Their properties are terrible. There are leaks, black molds, etc. The walls are thin, you could hear your neighbors. The materials are not of great quality. They're cheap. Don't move in to any of their properties or you could move in and stay at your own risk. You've been warned.
