Great experience at the school! I moved my children from a public school and am so happy that I did. My kids love going to school, they are safe and I receive almost daily updates a reports.

Quite literally the worst employment experience of my life. The head of school is married the dir of operations. Which right there is a huge conflict of interest. They both came in when they please while collecting 200K salaries each! The faculty run the building because they do not come in. They are totally unreasonable people. Just when you think all is well they lash out at you for something so frivolous and before you know it you're held in a mandatory meeting for 2 hours after your work day has ended. A meeting with zero direction and basically an opportunity for admin to bash staff. The fundraising is horrible. There is some sort of fundraiser every month. They are costly and families and staff are required to participate. Fundraisers are discussed prior to employment. However what they fail to mention is when you don't exceed the expectation you are then frowned upon. If the goal is to sell 3 boxes of chocolates and you complete that goal, they will be upset you did not sell 5 or 7 or 10. They play psychological warfare games here.  If you are looking to work 10+ hours at minimum wage with people in need of mental health services, then this place is for you. Horrible school, horrible admin. Head of school is never available. She does not come in the mornings like the rest of the staff. She strolls in when she pleases. Admin have a very shady past. Schools has been part of a few scandals. You can google the admin's name to do your own digging. I would not want my children around them. The pay is awful, you cannot eat or afford shelter at the rate they pay you. Never compensated for my time or any time that I worked 12+ hour shifts. Admin are seriously unreasonable. They lay out expectations and then when you meet them they are still unsatisfied. If you meet their goal of selling 3 boxes of chocolate, they want to know why you could not sell 10. It's ridiculous. They are always looking for money for fundraisers from parents and there is little to nothing to show for the money they collect. School should shut it's doors for good. Do not work here or send your children.
