We have utilized their services on several occasions, and as a result, we contacted them when we acquired a new home that required a new furnace and hot water tank. Throughout the entire procedure, from the quotation to the installation, George's staff was outstanding. There is no one else I would recommend since they are quick to answer and extremely knowledgable.

My water heater broke down on Saturday and I was searching for a reliable company to service the old water heater. Their plumber Mike was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to quickly repair the water heater. I definitely recommend this company, I appreciate the quality of work and great customer service that they provided.

The service provided by Mike was amazing when our hot water tank blew! I have always used Brooklyn Heating and Plumbing but this time was the best service ever! The plumber they sent, Mike, was courteous, respectful, and empathetic throughout his interactions, which made the experience much less stressful for us. We were grateful for the attention to detail he demonstrated, from his diligent assessment of the situation to the way he cleaned up the area after the job was completed. I think he is a real asset to this company! He left the place spotless as well! I hope this company values him as I would book this company again due to Mike's exceptional service!

Our hot water heater failed this morning and was leaking all over the basement floor. We saw that this company was open 24 hours so we gave them a call and they picked up promptly. Dan came out within the hour and he was able to shut off the water to the heater. He came back within four hours and was able to replace the water heater very quickly. We found him to be very friendly and professional and the work he did was outstanding. The price for the work was also very fair. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

We needed to have our tankless water heater annually maintained and cleaned. A co-worker recommended them and was very impressed with the service provided by their plumber. They were fantastic to work with and we will use them for all our future plumbing needs.
