Highway robbery. We had a job and were told on the phone it would be $125 for the guys to come, plus the cost of work (which by the way, was completely vague)... they come, finish the job in 10 seconds, THEN tell me there’s a minimum of $250 for any job so I owe that on top of the $125!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME- This couldn’t have been mentioned over the phone?! Also they completed the job, THEN told me the cost, which they lied and said they told me before hand. Not a chance. I may be a new mom and not get much sleep, but I’m pretty sure I’d remember if someone told me a simple clog was going to cost me $325. Absolute BS. Do not use this company. (I never review anyone but I am so angry about this absolutely ridiculous treatment, hello first review)
