        The owner of this business is named Ian. He is genuine crook. I had a water leak in my home in which he sent a repair person to fix. They charged me $50 per 20 minutes to pump the water out of the home and claimed that the charge would be $1800. I paid it. Then to repair the broken pipe which initially caused the leak they had to go to the store 3 times to find the pipe. Finally it was repaired. I asked him for an itemized receipt with the charges of everything that was done with regards to the plumbing repair and the pumping of the water . To this day he has not provided me with a receipt. My insurance representative has been on conference call with him 3 times and he STILL has not provided an itemized receipt. What kind a company does not provide the customer with an itemized receipt of what they did in your home?? What exactly did I pay for ? what are your labor charges? How much did the pipe cost? Who knows ! I tried and tried to handle this amicably with Ian, but to no avail. I had no other choice, but write this review. This happened January 2021 and I have been calling him for over THREE months to try to get an itemized receipt for my insurance company. He is a crook to say the most and a poor businessman to say the least. If any of you are reading this - please don't use this company; there are far too many reputable pluming companies out here for you to use this one. Be aware. Service: Plumbing leak detection

        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have learned that the hard way! On the phone they gave me an estimate of $49.95 (their advertised rate) for a standard drain snaking. The plumber showed up at 8 oclock in the evening. He looked at the clog which involved a clog in my 2nd floor bathroom in the toilet, bathtub and sink caused by 1 clog in the adjoining pipe. He immediately told us that we were looking at a cost of $250 to $300 to solve the problem. Before trying to even snake the toilet, He said he needed to remove the toilet bowl and use a long snake to snake the line all the way from the 2nd floor bathroom down to the sewer in the basement which would take a couple hours and so he said that he would not be able to do it that night and it would need to wait for the morning. Refusing to wait until the morning, nor pay the price he was quoting me for, I suggested that he try to snake it first. He brought up the standard snake from his truck and proceeded to snake the toilet bowl. Within just minutes the clog was removed and the entire problem was solved. Then he asked for payment. He was charging $175 ! I asked him if he could break down the charges and explain how 50 bucks turned into 175?!! He then said that he would take $150 and that the office can give me itemized breakdown of the bill the next day. Being that it was after hours and he was waiting to be paid, I stupidly gave him a check of $163.32(including tax). He then asked for a "TIP for the worker" which i gave him as well wanting him to leave already!! Only then did he leave with out even giving me a receipt. The very next morning I called the office, only to be given a run around by a manager named and then the secretary stating that the boss was on vacation and that they would relay the matter to him as well as talk to the plumber but would not deposit my check until the matter was resolved. I was never able to speak to the boss directly since he was either on "vacation" and then "out on the road" and the plumber lied to the office staff saying that he snaked all the way down to the basement and also unclogged the main sewer. To shorten a long story, the check was deposited several days later leaving me to having overpaid over $100 for a simple one drain snaking!! I will never use them again!
