        Optimum Health Physical Therapy is great. The Bay Ridge location has friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff care about your wellbeing and take the time to teach you methods to improve your physical health. The location is also very clean and easy to make appointments.

        I underwent physical therapy at OHPT after surgery on my hip. Tony and everyone else here were thoughtful and thorough in assessing where I was in recovery to determine a treatment plan in accordance with my own goals and my doctor's recommendation. I really appreciated how knowledgable Tony was about the condition I had and how that went into my treatment plan. All of the therapists here made sure that each session was a good workout without pushing too far at any time during recoveryand they regularly checked in with me about how things were going and how long I can expect to fully recover. Thank you so much Tony, Alexis, Mary, and Michelle!
