        The reception area is hard wood seats not comfortable if you are going to be sitting for a while. Exams rooms have no doors but walls where you can see and hear everything that goes on from patient to patient. I went to Dr Vera for a second opinion for my son. He was patient, and kind and answered all of my questions.

        I will no longer support a dentist who doesnt truly care about the community. My two sons were seen here for years, even prior to this new dentist. Today we informed the office that we would be late for our 9am appt. I called while on the way and I was told by receptionist no problem. Once we arrived at 9:20 it obviously is a problem she tells me there is an 15 min grace period and only one child can be seen. I am already frustrated because there is always a wait and the doctor literally debated with me last visit over my kids treatments. We waited until 9:45 and still not called in. I decided not to stay and waste my time, requested my kids records and left. Just know this place is ran by robots who wants you to have grace for their incompetent service. Im

      We are sorry to hear about your recent experience at the office. That being said we provide a grace period of 15 minutes for the patients running late and still be see so that the patients that are on time don't have a long wait, especially on a day like today where the kids where off from school. I understand you called 20 minutes past your appointment to notify you where running late and then arrived 30 minutes into your appointment.I expect this provides some context into your concern and would help clarify any further questions or misunderstanding from your recent visit to our office.
