Ive been a patient of theirs for over 3 years. And I was not able to get an appointment until this week(over 1 year wait) . When I came for my appointment the front desk told me that they no longer took my insurance. When I asked her why I wasnt informed she let me know that it wasnt her job. Another person had done it. The part that is irritating is that she said they didnt take my insurance as of 2 weeks prior, but I received a call to confirm my appointment. I then asked her to let me know the name of the manager of the office and she said she only knew his first name,which was George and that he only came once a week. When I asked her when would he come she said she doesnt know.
She was very dismissive and not apologetic at all. As if it was my fault their team cant communicate with patients. Horrible experience

The dentists and hygienists are great but the admin staff here are horrible. They never submitted or followed up with the insurance claim concerning my dental work or my toddler. I rather take our business elsewhere...
