All of the workers at passport services will give you excellent service. They take the time to make sure your appointment is made in this sanctuary city we call the big Apple. I worked as a civic commons associate for 1 year and can say we did very good meaningful work by communicating with ease to serve our fellow patrons! will always support you guys! #lovemafia @yin_solstice

I am intentionally leaving this review because of the lady working the front desk at the passport office today 1/26 approximately 1130a to 1p. I was not there for passport services but I overheard how she greeted and helped every waiting customer. A huge difference from when I visited over a year ago. The lady at that time was so harsh and short with everybody including me. I am hoping this current lady is a replacement. Also, really wished I got her name but as I said, I was in an adjacent waiting area. Management please keep her.
