Good service , most usps offices rude but this on okay

I wish the Russian-speaking women who worked there today (01/04/2022) was less rude and knew what is good customer service. From the first second, she decided to speak with me on Russian even I did not ask for it and behaved impolitely! Thanks to other staff who finally worked with me in a really professional and nice way. It was Christine (I might be wrong) and unfortunately, I did not catch another woman's name.

I don't dislike this place. It's OK. It's bare bones, no frills, etc... but nothing worth 1 star only. Yes, the line was long, but it moves at a decent pace from my experience. It's the neighborhood USPS, and I don't mind going there.

This Post Office is a nightmare. The employees are rude and Diane the manager doesn't care about anything one says. The delivery mailman doesn't want to get a stamped letter because it change lost in the way to the post office. Packages are lost every single day no one takes responsibility or try to help you. So the Post Office altogether deserved to be closed.
