Nightmare! Reserved through SpotHero and was literally screamed at by the attendant that there was no more space for my car. I kindly tried reasoning with him to simply look at my email conversation and he got angrier and louder. Avoid at all costs.

Park here if you would like to see the garage attendant waved his finger in your wifes face because he does not know how to accept his own companies online parking reservations.
Park here if you want them to keep your car for two days as their corporate office and 3rd party booking partners attempt to communicate with the employees here and educate them.
Park here if you want to eventually get to a point where you need to have your car back so you just pay them what ever they want then dispute it with your credit card company.
Or maybe just park on the street. At least you know what you are getting and there is no illusion of convenience or service. This place deserves negative stars, but unfortunately one is the lowest I can award.

Giving one star because zero stars is not an option. I was unable to get my car out when I went to pick it up at the end of my booking. There was a car blocking the one exit/ entrance of the garage (the attendant had locked the keys inside) and they were unable to move it. They said the car had been there for close to 3 hours but they hadnt bothered/figured out how to do anything about it. The oddest thing was that they didnt seem too concerned....
A woman in front of me had already been waiting two hours to get her car out, and was still waiting when I finally gave up. Had to pay $75 for an Ubers home and back + spend an hour going back to get my car out tomorrow. Worst service ever. You'd be better off double parking in front of a fire station than leaving your car here.
