Place is trash drove 3 hrs to see the nets just to have my car locked in the garage after the game nobody answers the phone to help you if you guys are going to close the garage at a certain time you should tell people I shouldnt come out of an event to my car being locked in the garage

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are the worst. No professionalism, no human decency, just all around a bad place. Went to the Barclay center for an event, got back to the garage and they were closed during open hours of operation. I ended up not being able to retrieve my vehicle until the next morning. The staff didnt even try to make the situation better and acted like they knew nothing about hours of operation which is posted all over the place, and why there wasn't any staff available. How do you do that to a person. Please beware!

Best rates near the Barclay Center. Attendant came immediately; got my car right away after as well. the man who spoke Creole was so nice and helpful; thanks!

Seriously it should be 0 stars. The convenience of the place its a get go especially for people who want to attend events at Barclays nearby, but its not worth the less price. Came back from an event and had to wait for 40+ min because it was only one person handling all. Dont bother! Spend a little more elsewhere without the stress than this.
