I was really looking forward to my allergy test appointment today at 11:30, having planned everything a month in advance. However, upon arriving on time, they claimed I was late for my 11 am appointment and suggested rescheduling, despite having a business card what they gave me with the correct time. Despite my attempts to explain and provide proof, they were not willing to listen and seemed uninterested in acknowledging their mistake. Additionally, the front desk lady was very rude and acted impolitely, which only added to the overall disappointing experience

I was a patient for many years I have a sinus issue I went to the bay ridge office where I was given a cat scan I was told I need a minor surgery I scheduled this I had a surgical fusion a year prior I was having issues so I called the surgeon who told me to come in I tried to get thru to ur office with no luck finally I got thru and explained my situation the the pa only cared about me paying 150 dollars for missing my appointmentthwas not the issue this rudeness really shocked i realized that all she cared about is money i teied for weeks to get a new appointment but the blocked me realizedhow unprofesional these people are I have a new ent and I would not advise this place to anyone totally unprofessional and rude
