Today, my elderly mother had an appointment for 4:20 pm. This was a rescheduled appointment. The doctor could not see her on the original date; therfore, she was given an appointment for a month later. Today, we were 16 minutes late and Dr. Gottlieb refused to see her. I thought that was appalling because elderly, as some of you may know, may take a bit longer. My mother had to use the restroom at her home unexpectedly. His lack of compassion speaks volume!!! I was too upset to go back and forth with the receptionist. I also know, she is not at fault. I had the pleasure of not having met Dr. Gottlieb.
