I made an appointment a month in advance for my 7 year. They called me a half hour before my appointment to tell me that the do not take children under 14 years, right when I was about to walk in the building. These people are foolish. I would have accepted if the called me the day or night before. They had a whole month to tell me they dont take children under 14. All they could tell me that the were sorry. Unacceptable.

I have known him for many years he is the best ENT doctor that I have ever seen . He is a true gentleman and a professional and is very talented and experienced he takes great pride in his work and treat his patients with great respect.

There's something very strange going on with the Bushwick office. One woman called me to tell me he doesn't treat ear issues at the Bushwick location and I would need to go to Kings Highway instead. I'm sorry, what? He's an ENT. I said that's fine, I would like to keep the appointment for sinus issues. I thanked the woman, and she proceeded to hang up on me. Five minutes later, another woman from the office called me and told me they don't accept Medicaid (even though it says they do online), and I would need to go to Kings Highway. I live nowhere near there, so I just canceled the appointment. But my guess is that I was discriminated against due to Medicaid. They obvious wanted me to cancel the appointment. Can't make any comments on the doctor, as I never saw him.
