Terrible, terrible doctor with zero sense of urgency. She does not follow up, even when medically necessary. she has no bedside manner and is rude when it comes to answering basic questions, and her diagnostic skills are seriously concerning.

Don't go there unless you want to be scolded about cancelizations;  as ifyour a child, not by Dr. Yao but her adinistration staff.

Having a very clogged ear, I made an appointment with Dr. Yao through the ENT and Allergy website. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received.  Despite Dr. Yao's obvious and demonstrable expertise, she's personable, approachable, respectful, and patient. She made me feel valued when she explained what she was doing, why she was doing it, and by giving thoughtful responses to my questions. As it turned out, I had loads of wax in both ears.  I was glad that I was in good hands with Dr. Yao.  The reception staff, the medical assistants, and the audiologist doctor I saw were all terrific. There was minimal wait time throughout my entire visit. In addition, the offices were clean. I recommend Dr. Yao very highly.
