ENT and Allergy Associates - Bay Ridge West

I have been coming to this office over a year for allergy shots the call center is useless and for some reason can never get an appointment with the allergist instead they wait until your appointment to than cancel on me and than when you try to reschedule they have the audacity to tell you a month from now Im due for new vials and the call center while rescheduling with Martin I guess expected sorry to fix the schedule this place is by far so unprofessional the staff in the reception area is always chatting but make you wait until they done speaking about there personal lives to even get you checked in for your appointment worse place ever ! Unprofessional across the board in this place .

Dr Davison is God-sent, highly competent, patient, kind, sincere, and compassionate towards my son. He has been immensely helpful in guiding us to the best route, and is very gentle in the process. He has a high level of competence and takes great care of his patients and their families.

Sad that not only does the call center need to improve but so does management/patient relations. I had a bad experience with the call center and was advised to reach out to patient relations. DANIEL DORCE contacted me and left me hanging? This shows complete lack of sympathy for our experience/situation and waste of our time. He told us he would reach out the following day and when I sent a follow up email, I never heard back. Usually, patient relations actually work with the patients to resolve any issues they have experienced but this was a poor experience and gave a bad title to the company. In addition to this, no one in this office greets or acknowledges you when you walk in and the reps look miserable to be there. I hate leaving a bad review because besides the front desk or issues with the call center/patient relations, the ENT doctors and audiologist are truly great. I just wish they would improve their customer service as this makes me want to consider looking into another ENT that actually cares about their patients.
