Tennille is an amazing associate in central optical. She's an amazing and understanding person and is also very helpful. The whole staff including the Doctor is a pleasure to be around. I definitely recommend this location.

I would give zero stars if it was possible this place basically tried to hold out on my prescription when I decided I wasnt going to make a purchase with them . The approach is uninvited and way off. No customer service skills at all. I felt unwelcome and treated unfairly Always have a sales woman talking nonsense. Do yourself a favor and find another place please. They must learn how to run a business because this aint it..

I honestly wish I went to any other optical place. I spent tons of money getting contacts and when I asked for a contacts lense kit - the lady rudely says they're all out. I spent $420 and can't get a $2 lense kit for free?
Another co-worker heard me ask the lady for the kit and pitched up to say we do have them and politely gave it to me. I left the place feeling robbed and disrespected especially after googling that I can get the same contacts for $60 at my local BJ's with a prescription. Don't bother going here and save your money.
If you can, get your prescription and get out - don't buy anything else there.
