I've been using Park West Vision for years and have relied on them for addressing my complex optical problems. On a recent visit, their newest optician, Tengo, was so very helpful in helping me find frames that could accommodate my prism lenses. He's very knowledgeable, patient and personable and is a great asset to the staff at Park West Vision.

THE WORST PLACE!!! Do mot go there if you dont like being lied. They will take your money, tell you the date to pick them up and then come up with thousands of excuses to lie again and make you wait with a very shameless answers and will put the guilt on you because apparently, you can not trust just word from them(literally their words), so, avoid this liars.

I have been coming here for at least 20 years. Dr. Capetola and Scott are the best! Everyone who works here is incredibly kind, thorough, and timely. I appreciate their selection of eyewear which has a range of prices. It's easy to get an appointment and they have Saturday hours.

Horrid, awful, demeaning. I went in for an eye exam last year. my insurance pays for the eye exam and contacts. I told the doctor I needed to order new contacts which were covered by the insurance. I don't have the time right now come in again he said. he did not give me the contact prescription even though I had an eye exam. every eye exam I've had before included prescriptions for both contacts and glasses, they gave me only a glasses prescription. I came in in December still trying to get the contacts prescription. I can't find your file right now the receptionist told me I will call you, she never called. I lost all that insurance money that was set aside for contacts because of them. I just came in again. you have to pay $90 for a new contact exam the new receptionist told me and when I started to protest that the doctor kicked me out u ceremoniously without giving me a prescription and the other receptionist never called me back instead of trying to find a solution and help me out this new receptionist just hung up on me. awful! don't go to this misogynist old man and his crew of sadistic receptionists.
