Deborah was a godsend for my apartment sale especially as a remote seller. My 2BR apartment in Clinton Hill was for sale in 2021 and didn't sell for 5 or 6 months. We had offers but couldn't get to a closing date due to a variety of circumstances beyond our control. Debbie graciously pivoted to help me rent it. After I rented out the apartment for a year she was able to sell it for me at a fantastic price closing within a week of the lease being up! Debbie was very helpful and always available to talk if I had any questions or concerns. I felt like I was part of the process which was important to me. I cannot recommend Debbie enough!

Debbie is wonderful to work with & has made it possible for us to rent out our apartment after moving out of the city. As a first-time homebuyer, I knew absolutely nothing. I didnt know how to shop for a loan, what all the terminology meant, and definitely not the normal order of events.
