Chipotle - Fulton Street Mall

Bad customer service and there wasn't enough food prepared for people to get served. I had to wait over 5 mins for steak to be done and there was no sour cream ready, someone had to replace it when they were making my order. This chipotle location needs to do a better job at making sure there are prepared for there customers.

I love chipotle but this must be the slowest chipotle line ever. I come here once every week or two and somehow they only ever have 2 people manning the food and theyre often busy with digital orders. It takes like 20 minutes to get in and out

Pretty much my go to Chipotle at work. Keep in mind at Ard 12pm-4pm it gets extremely busy at this location so it's better to order ahead for pickup on their website or app. They also are quite slow at making orders so I recommend making Ur pickup order time abt 15mins before u need it. One time they made me 20 mins late for work so I complained to customer service online and got free chips and guac. Food is pretty good all day except for right when they are abt to close but that's expected. They tend to put too much rice imo, so I rarely order a bowl with rice. If u happen to go in when they first open up Ard 10:45am-12pm the food is really good and there's no line.

The best place to get free food (after 5 separate refunds) because the employees cant read the ingredients you order or the time you requested to pickup (30mins - 1 hour ahead of time). Most recently ordered a loaded chicken burrito bowl and I got a bowl of dog food.

The food was delicious, but the drink machine waa broken, so no ice for the juices! And they had a spill that no one cleaned up. And one of the employees started sweeping under the table while we were eating!
