Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went by today at 12:30pm and the front door was locked and they were "closed" even though the signage and website says they open at 10:45am.

I left a review about this chipotle before and i'm not able to update my review... but I had to come back after yesterday just to say that after a month-- they may have chips (ended up being stale) and chicken but their attitudes still SUCK. Nobody greets you, nobody smiles, they speak spanish in front of you amongst each other-- just a very rude staff. I work literally right next door so I occasionally pop in... but their food isn't even all the good to deal with chipolte's miserable employees. I hate it there!!!!

Last night I ordered a burrito bowl to be delivered from this Chipotle. When it arrived the food container was nearly empty, no burrito bowl, just a small portion of chicken that should have been PART of the burrito bowl. Customer service was ABYSMAL! Automated and unresponsive. I managed after about half an hour to be connected to a man at the restaurant who forwarded me to a woman who had a thick accent I found hard to understand. NO, I could not get my meal replaced because the restaurant had stopped taking orders (this turned out to be her first lie). She could refund me $17.96, despite my order total being $24. "Company policy, nothing I can do." This was her second lie. I did not get a refund, I got a credit, and not even for Chipotle, but for Door Dash, who delivered the "meal" and had no part in the error. The entire Chipotle customer service system seems to be designed for Chipotle to escape any responsibility for its negligence. I ordered a burrito bowl from another restaurant and Door Dash delivered it promptly. In the end, it cost me over $33 to get a burrito bowl from less than a mile from home. So, never again, Chipotle.
