I just want to give a huge shout out to Shaenice a manger at this location. Thank you for your amazing customer service, attention to detail, and great food. You made our companys Cinco de Mayo lunch a huge success, and you truly went above and beyond by helping us bring everything to the car. Last year our order was canceled last minute leaving a bad taste in our mouths, but you made it happen for us. Thank you again, Magdalena and Cynthia.

Terrible customer service first time out of so many chipotles. I was told to order online because there were only 2 employees in the store.Never coming back

The service was very good. If you have any problems the manager Kimberly will promptly see to it. Definitely recommended.

So online it says that they are open its 11:15 n the gate is still down there is a worker in there eating one worker just came in and sat down to eat I guess her breakfast. Two workers came in at 10:58 with Dunkin Donuts and when asked what time were they opening was told 11 and than after 11 this is terrible customer service and bad business just imagine I was on my lunch break

I was in kings plaza yesterday shopping with family after a long day we wanted chipotle i walked in and instead of being greeted with a hello welcome to chipotle the guy said do you have a mask i replied no because the mask mandate wasnt lifted he then said well my manager wont let me serve you with out one so u have to leave i then said do you have a extra masked he said no i cant give u one u need to have your own now please leave i walked away completely confused and asked my sister who had a mask to go in and order. She went in with her mask on her chin not covering her face at all and they served her. The rudeness is unmatched at this location management needs to be address. I was not only embarrassed but insulted by the level of professionalism
