How is it possible to run out of a very popular sauce honey vinaigrette chipotle....it's a easy sauce to make and you guys have to be that lazy to make more I will never come back that's what makes the food taste good...unbelievable

This location isnt able to handle the amount of online orders they get. I waited 30 minutes for my online order (20 minutes past my pickup time) and they weren't announcing orders as they were ready or doing anything to organize everyone coming in to pick up. The line for non online orders was also very slow and long.

Its concerning that Chipotle hired the staff that work at this location. After 3 visits of dealing with terrible customer service and bad attitudes, I thought maybe they had some off days. But no, they are just miserable human beings. Customer experience is so important these days but these worker dont seem to care. Have higher standards Chipotle.

This franchisee specializing in burritos and bowls is one of 3,000+ nationally, and 54 locations within the five boroughs. The Flatbush Ave location is very busy in the evening with to-go orders. As a result, counter service can be slow and chaotic at times. Some items may not be available. The existing staff are great and doing their best. As other reviewers have noted, they're clearly understaffed.

Lovely preparation and taste is so yummy. Amazing option of burrito bowl for a veggie like me. Took out and enjoyed it at the Prospect Park New plant based chorizo is a must add on
